Just In: August COLA and July arrears duly paid……
Information gathered by FrichyNews discloses that the cost of living allowance(COLA) has been duly paid.
The cost of living allowance was slated to take effect from July 1, 2022, but was not able to pay by the Controller and Accountant General Department due to some documentation and regularities.
The good news reaching FrichyNews revealed that August COLA and July arrears have been paid by CAGD and has reflected on the validation slip on workers.
The 15% Cost of Living Allowance will be paid on the base salaries of all public sector workers from July to december 2022.
