Class Six Teacher Calls Student to His Office Remove Her Clothes and Forced to Have an Act Jailed for 30 Years After being found guilty of defilement, a primary school teacher in Tanzania was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

The teacher is accused of luring the 12-year-old into his office before defiling her many times.

According to the verdict reports, the prosecution desk supplied sufficient evidence suggesting that the accused performed the heinous deed on a sixth-grade pupil after summoning her to his office and forced her to remove her clothing.

The victim refused to undress in front of his teacher, but the teacher proceeded to strip her and force her to do an immoral deed without any protection.

A victim’s sister said she was warned off by a female instructor at the school, who urged her to check on the little girl’s health.

The minor’s sister stated she took her to the county referral hospital for medicine and testing. When the test came back positive, she said that the teacher had violently slept with her in his office after calling her in and asking her to remove her clothing.

The girl denied, but her mother forcibly undressed her and forced her to do an obscene deed without any protection.

Residents in the region urged the Ministry of Education to take harsh punishment against the alleged teacher.

According to them, incidences of defilement and pregnancies in primary schools are on the rise in the region, and legal action should be done.

While passing the penalty, the magistrate imprisoned the teacher, stating that it is the minimum sentence authorized by law for such an offense.

“A youngster was molested by the accused, who is a teacher.”

“Because the rights of his children are not greater than the rights of the kid he violated, I condemn him to 30 years in jail as stipulated by law,” the magistrate declared.
