GES Declares Vacancies; Calls For Applications – Apply Now
In a statement issued by the Akatsi North District Director of Education Mr. Dominic Yao Dzanado, applications are invited from qualified serving personnel in the Ghana Education Service for the following positions:
1. Public Relation Officer (PRO)
2. School Health Education Programme (SHEP) Officer
3. Guidance and Counselling Coordinator
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Public Relation Officer (PRO)
• The Applicant must be on the rank of AD II for at least 2 years.
• The applicant must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The applicant must have at least 10 years teaching experience.
• The applicant must have a satisfactory conduct and credible work history.
• The applicant must be a very good computer literate.
• A degree in Ghanaian Language or English Language is an advantage.
School Health Education Programme (SHEP) Officer
• The applicant must be on the rank of AD II for at least 2 years.
• The applicant must have at least 10 years of teaching experience.
• The applicant must have a satisfactory conduct and credible work history.
• The applicant must have a very good Senior High School Science background.
• A degree in science or any of the Social Sciences is preferable.
• Applicant must be a computer literate.
Guidance and Counselling Coordinator
• The applicant must be on the rank of AD II for at least 2 years.
• The applicant must possess good communication and inter-personal skills.
• The applicant must be a very good computer literate.
• The applicant must have satisfactory conduct and credible work history.
• A degree in Guidance and Counselling is a necessary requirement.
• The Applicant must have at least 10 years teaching experience.
Mode of applications
• Recommendation letter from the applicant’s immediate supervisor.
